PNY Quadro NVS 440

Has anyone been able to try one of these beasts in Vista? I would love to hear about the experience.
I am also curious about 3d performance. I know the quadro line is targeted at professional 2d apps, but is it still possible to run 3d apps? If so - how well do they run in the scheme of what today's 3d cards are capable of.

Sorry about the multiple posts. I was getting an error and after giving up I noticed the post had gone through regardless.
